6.3

First official day of summer break!  The girls had their first swim lesson today too, at the Blays' house.  Katie and Claire are in a class together with Allie, Soraya, and another little girl who screams the entire lesson (which seemed unnerving to Claire).  Claire has never had a swim lesson, so I was interested to see how she would like it.


She is on the far left, with Ms. Randi.  She was such a trooper!  She was so scared that she was actually shaking pretty hard, but she didn't cry at all and kept on doing whatever the teacher asked.


Katie and Meg did great, too.  They tried hard and had a great attitude about it.  I am trying to watch Ms. Randi so I can keep up the "lessons" once we get to our new house!
