Martin Luther King Day...we took another hike at Forestmeadows and didn't even bring the stroller this time.  It was slow-going but Katie and Claire walked almost the entire way.  They held hands most of the way, too.


Mark had to work in the afternoon, so I had the girls spell out their names in cheerios and glue them on paper.  It was actually meant for Katie to work on her fine motor skills but the other girls wanted in on the action.

Claire did a pretty good job of obeying the "no-eat-cheerios-with-glue" rule.


When Mark got home he grilled out, and the girls love to watch him (they aren't allowed out on the deck).
